The event will take place on the 7th of December. We will spend an afternoon meeting former Management Trainees, solve business focused cases and round up with a dinner and an opportunity to mingle with representatives from MTG.

The LUMA programme is a demanding but rewarding 12-month trainee placement that will prepare you for a great career in one of the most dynamic media groups in the world. As a trainee within MTG you will work closely with our executive management for a period of 12 months. You must be prepared to relocate anywhere within our geographical core area with short notice. The workload will be heavy, your tasks sometimes simple and banal but you will also be involved in exciting and important projects during your trainee year.
